First High Court case outcome : Safe Security Hermanus appealed the High Court interim order on two occasions, of which the last was in the Supreme Court of Appeals. On 11 June 2012 the application for leave to appeal was dismissed with costs!!! Safe Security must pay R 155 000.00 plus costs!! Now for case number two.....

Nog 'n stukkie goeie nuus : Die hofsaak van Maandag 28 Mei is uitgestel na Augustus vir mondelinge getuienis. 'n Interdik teen Safe Security Hermanus is wel toegestaan wat hulle verbied om in te meng met ons kontraktuele regte teenoor ons kliënte; hulle mag nie aan ons kliënte se geld raak nie!!

Ongelooflik!!! Ons het bewys van ICASA ontvang dat ons moniteringslisensie in plek is EN bevestiging dat alle frekwensies wettiglik gebruik word!!!!! Wonder watter nuwe bewerings nou weer gemaak gaan word. As jy 'n Gansbaaier is, vertel asseblief vir almal wat jy ken dat ons opposisie se leuens nou teen hulle gaan draai. Daphne Weaving A mere two weeks ago, the inane posts that were spewing forth from Secma's "So-called" opposition like a gattling gun, was clearly a matter of "Case Hopeless Abuse the Opposition."!! Since then, and with Secma's most recent revelations posted on FB.......hope EVERYBODY has noticed, not a single peep.... maybe Safe to assume they have been beaten into submission and should admit defeat. Or perhaps difficult to look dignified and be convincing with egg on your face.?? Ha ha What a stunning view From up here......... So altoghter now....WELL DONE SECMA.!!!!!!!
